DO I NEED TO INCLUDE ALL OF MY CREDIT CARDS IN A BANKRUPTCY?

When filing for bankruptcy, you will need to include all credit cards that have a balance. If the card is paid off completely and has a balance of $0, you would not need to include it; however, the creditor may decide to close that card once they learn that you have filed for bankruptcy.
